Cassiopeia (general look around)
M31 Andromeda Galaxy (high in the SSW)
Sirius/Canis Major (very low, still haven't found M41)
Mars
Orion's Sword
Pleiades
Aldebaran/Hades

Conditions: clear, windy, ~40degF

Location 1: 310 Riverside Drive, 27th Floor, Eastern Balcony ('Elevator room balcony')
Rising Moon (btwn Full and Last Quarter)
orange hue, low on the horizon
Sirius
Mars
Orion's Sword, Belt, Betelguese
Pleiades

Location 2: 'Backyard' tree stump (~102nd St and Riverside Drive)
Andromeda Galaxy confirmed (finally!) (Confirmation via three prominent stars that surround Andromeda that form a right triangle)
'The comet' -- still in/near Perseus, very diffuse/faint
